CONGRATULATIONS TO KELLY!
 The Elle Awards took place last night and
though Kelly did not attend, she was at Naomi Campbells after party with her award.

I'm so happy for her, she deserves to get recognized! I LOVE her new haircut too. She looks good with long hair too but this cut is very nice on her!
